COURSES
The first course of its kind in Canada, “Climate Risk in Real Estate Valuation” is used to educate licensed real estate appraisers to recognize the broad effects of climate risk in valuing real estate for buyers and lenders. Drawn from hundreds of sources in Canada and around the world, it is a comprehensive overview of the latest research and its practical application in the real estate industry. It is comprised of 350 pages in eight modules in both English/French text as well as English/French audio and is available in serialized form depending on
the application. 

The course will be updated annually.
